Depending on the time that the order was placed, orders are processed the same day, or the following morning (after 6pm CST)
Once an order has been processed and submitted to our warehouse for shipping, orders should go out the same day, as long as you are not ordering any of our products listed as "Back Ordered"
Typically, an order placed in the morning, leaves our warehouse the following morning.

- What do I do if I need to return an item?
We will glady REPLACE an item, if it has been damaged in shipping, or if a mistake was made and we sent out the incorrect item. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange for the shipment of the replacement item.

- How discreet is your packaging?
All packages are shipped in plain boxes via UPS. The only identifiable information is Inside the box, on your packing slip.
